10多年前外公去世~留下好幾筆土地

其中一筆在幾年前被劃分為公園用地~中間還有道路用地2坪
因為既然被劃為公園用地也沒想要去在動它.
就這樣放好幾年.

這段時間有代書打電話+寄信來表示有客人要購買

很奇怪~為何連持份+被劃為公園用地的土地會有代書要收?

是因為有飯店要蓋在附近~容積率炒作嗎?

附近地價鄉鄰不到200公呎成交價都將近12萬一坪.那我要開到12萬嗎?
