國民黨抗告案 高院民庭最快今裁定

王金平假處分聲請獲准，國民黨提起抗告，台灣高等法院民事庭18號收件、分案後，預計最快在今天下午做出裁定。

國民黨律師李永裕說，目前還在等待高院民事庭的通知。

王金平因涉及司法關說被國民黨撤銷黨籍。王金平不服，向法院提出確認國民黨籍存在的民事訴訟，同時聲請假處分，台北地院裁定，王金平以938多萬元擔保黨員權利的行使，國民黨不服遞狀抗告，高院收件後，分案抽出由審判長魏麗娟、陪席法官李媛媛、受命法官王麗莉共組的高院民19庭孝股承辦。
