北市府今天舉行2013亞太創業競賽頒獎典禮。同樣獲得創業新秀獎的還有近年在大陸創業的王致平，他有感於現有的保護膜不夠耐用，去年獨家研發液態固化保護膜，輕輕一噴就可定型，取得大陸專利。
