朋友 如果被聯徵 那名下能有機車嗎

請問一下 應為報廢折抵金額有5000 而 報廢車主A需要和購買新車的車主A是同一人 可是

報廢車主A是信用上有瑕疵 好像被多家銀行聯徵 這樣一來 如果想要報廢車子領取購車獎金

就只能使用A車主的名子來購買 問題來了 這樣第一 車子 第二 獎金5000 如果出現在戶頭

或者被銀行發現 會被強制扣押 還是 其他的扣抵嗎?? 以上為現金交易 只有獎金會匯到A車主

的帳戶 朋友問了這問題 我....無法回答他@@
