〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕立法院新會期要想上台報告很困難的不只行政院長江宜樺，經濟部長張家祝也是。由於電價照計畫在10月1日調漲，引發立委不滿，民進黨立委在今（2）日立法院經濟委員會安排由張家祝進行業務報告前，就提案要求撤銷電價調漲的公告，在未經立院同意前不得調漲電價，但會議主席國民黨立委楊瓊瓔堅持應先讓張家祝上台報告，雙方僵持不下，拖了45分鐘才終於讓張家祝上台。<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/nownews/finance/~4/RjF5pDjLSGA" height="1" width="1"/>
