基本上最簡單分出來要加甚麼詞性，就是看他要修飾甚麼東西，記住形容詞只能夠用來修飾名詞，而副詞可以修飾相當多詞類：動詞、形容詞、片語...

在這題當中很明顯的空格內的字絕對不是要用來修飾be的對吧，因為be基本上是無意義的，有be-V的存在是因為每個句子當中一定要有動詞才算完整，故這題你會知道currently 是用來修飾後面的on schedule，用副詞修飾片語意思為這個建案可以“當下”在計劃表上。
