湯姆漢克斯患第二型糖尿病

奧斯卡影帝湯姆漢克斯（Tom Hanks）昨晚參加深夜脫口秀時表示，醫師診斷證實他患了第二型糖尿病，如果減輕體重，病情將可以獲得控制。

資深影星湯姆漢克斯7日晚間參加大衛賴特曼（David Letterman）深夜脫口秀節目時表示，從36歲就有血糖過高的問題，日前醫師告訴他：「你畢業了！小伙子，你現在有的是第二型糖尿病。」

大衛賴特曼說，自己也為高血糖所苦，平常非常注意控制飲食。

湯姆漢克斯在節目中說，根據醫生建議，如果能讓體重恢復到高中時期的水準，就能跟糖尿病說再見，「但我跟醫生說，那我還是繼續保留第二型糖尿病好了，因為我沒辦法回到高中時期的體重」。

這位57歲的男星開玩笑說，1970年代讀高中時，體重大約才43.5公斤，「而且大部份重量來自於我的爆炸頭。」
