先把所有的網路證據搜集，

仿用你的ID不是盜用，是意圖使人誤以為此帳號是你本人

如果所發表的言論或傳述的內容，

都是空洞的謾罵，而未指明具體事實內容

應以第309條公然侮辱罪論處。

在網路上的言論還是可以查出發言的源頭

有其他的後續的法律程序問題歡迎和律師討論
