我有一個客戶於去年11月買車今年都已經10年了卻跑來跟公司說我當初沒給他贈品但當初明明就是對方不要贈品硬要我車款給他扣8000的..請問各位大大如果遇到此問題我應該如何處理?另請問她如果去告消基會會有答案嗎?感恩回答...
