美16天經損逾7000億　增90萬失業

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】美國財政僵局雖暫時落幕，但政府停擺16天對經濟衝擊甚大，據信評機構標準普爾（Standard & Poor’s）估計，經濟損失高達240億美元（7068億元台幣）。
 
標準普爾估計，美國第4季成長率將削減至少0.6個百分點。研究機構IHS也同步將美國第4季經濟成長率由9月預估的2.2%大砍至1.6%。
 
另據Macroeconomic Advisers報告估計，美國今年失業率將因此上升超過0.5個百分點，相當於增加約90萬失業人口。
