事實上是這樣的
昨晚我到全家用郵局的金融卡提領5000元
金額方面我是直接點選銀幕上的選項而非自己手動輸入金額
領完錢後我看銀幕上的帳戶餘額短少了5塊錢
我想說是不是有手續費之類的(不過之前領都不用手續費才對)

今天我到郵局刷簿子
上面的資料顯示我昨晚領了5005元
請問這是什麼狀況呢?

很擔心以後會不會有同樣的問題萬一消失的金額不止5塊錢了呢?
