[急]大方省533方案 Sony ZL價格詢問

小弟今日去神腦電信特約門市辦Sony ZL,方案選擇為383+mpro750方案,按照emome網頁內容383型可以比183型再多折扣800元,所以手機價格應為6990-800=6190元. 但老闆開給我的報價卻是7800元,這也差太多了吧,電信方案購機不都是公定價嗎?

另外目前手機上使用2G服務(還有合約在身,6月份剛續約2G),聽老闆說:這樣若要攜碼辦大方省就要先解約(扣繳1500元),小弟是覺得蠻不合理的,因為我合約變更是"升級成更貴的3G方案",這樣真的要繳交違約金嗎?

有勞板上的各位大大解惑了,真希望不要遇上無良店家啊淚
