懷疑女兒被欺負　糾眾打人又開槍

【王文傑／花蓮報導】玉里鎮一名53歲林姓男子，懷疑18歲的女兒被24歲的黃男欺負，但苦無証據，因此平日對黃懷恨在心，今凌晨1時雙方在麵攤狹路相逢，林夥同莊男等4人將黃男打到腦震盪，莊男還回家取槍到黃男家中興師問罪，還對牆上牌匾開一槍說：「不交人就吃子彈吧」黃父嚇得報警抓人，警方3小時後在莊男工寮逮獲2嫌，依違反槍砲彈藥及殺人未遂罪移送法辦。

黃男駁斥與林女交往，因兩年前林女翹家，他短暫收留3天，導致對方父親誤會惹來麻煩。目擊開槍過程的黃父說，兩家熟識多年，但林、莊兩人常喝酒誤事，今又藉酒裝瘋亂開槍。玉里警分局副分局長謝文昌表示，開槍的莊男沒有前科，但對改造手槍的來源都推給綽號小強的友人寄放，警方起出改造45手槍一把、子彈6發偵辦中。
