委內瑞拉成立幸福部 遭酸國際笑話

美國人可能只是堅持有權追求幸福，但委內瑞拉現在可是成立了正式的政府單位幸福部，負責推動幸福政策。

美聯社報導，委國總統馬杜洛（Nicolas Maduro）表示，新成立的社會至高幸福部將整合已故總統查維斯（Hugo Chavez）生前推出的所有計畫，以對抗貧窮。這個部會屬次級部會。

富含石油的委內瑞拉長期缺乏基本糧食與醫療用品，官方年度通貨膨脹攀升至近50%，黑市的美元兌換率目前更是官方匯率的逾7倍。

首都卡拉卡斯的水果販雷伊（Victor Rey）說，他現在等著馬杜洛創立啤酒部。

他說：「這會讓我和所有醉鬼樂翻。」

因拒絕剪掉反對派政治人物卡斯蒂約（LeopoldoCastillo）畫面、節目最近因此遭停播的電視記者，稱馬杜洛的宣布是國際笑話。

31歲的家庭主婦艾芳索（Liliana Alfonzo）說，與其成立幸福部，她寧願能買到牛奶和衛生紙，這些東西上架後沒幾分鐘便被掃光。

她說：「要買到三餐所需的材料，實在有夠折磨人。」
