向大統購油　頂新屏東廠檢調介入才招認

【蔡明樺／台北報導】頂新屏東廠驚爆向大統購黑心油品，衛福部次長許銘能今指，屏東縣衛生局已通報頂新幫味全代工的21項油品清單，各縣市先行下架，許強調，味全的21項油品還在確認是否添加大統油，也不代表這21項油品含銅葉綠素，但因是頂新屏東廠代工， 味全先行宣布下架，目前屏東縣衛生局、檢調仍在釐清頂新屏東廠購自大統的油品添加在哪些油品。

許銘能說，頂新屏東廠並沒有在10月31日前參與切結，但在檢調介入後，才承認向大統購油，若比對進出貨資料確認頂新屏東廠製造的油品含銅葉綠素，依《食品衛生管理法》可罰3～300萬元，業者若有切結罪加一等，除移請檢調調查是否涉詐欺罪外，且依法可能以最重的300萬元裁罰。
