【法庭中心／台北報導】立委管碧玲以北檢起訴新聞稿質詢檢察總長黃世銘表示，8月31日給總統看的專案報告第5點，載明還有後續偵查作為，可見案件仍偵查中，問黃看法；黃世銘氣定神閒說，「忘了刪掉」。
 
管碧玲再追問9月4日給行政院長江宜樺的報告有改內容，為何那點又沒改？黃世銘說，「有討論過報告計畫的內容，認定不要做，卻沒注意要刪，報告是承辦檢察官原先列的偵查計畫。」黃的接連忘了刪，引起現場一片嘩然。
