【陳亮諭／綜合報導】中央氣象局指出，受東北季風影響，基隆北海岸已發生大豪雨，雙北及宜蘭等地區今天應防大雨或豪雨，離島注意強陣風。

基隆北海岸、新北市、宜蘭地區及台北市山區今天有局部大雨或豪雨發生的機率，花蓮地區有局部大雨發生的機率；連日降雨，山區請慎防坍方及落石。台灣沿海空曠地區、蘭嶼、綠島、澎湖、金門及馬祖地區也因東北季風影響，有9至10級強陣風出現。
