剛好碰到TONY也解答啦。

目前的狀況就是發問者的媽媽還沒有辦理申請保險理賠而已，媽媽並不會失去受益人的資格。

只是如果媽媽在還沒辦理申請之前就過世的話，這筆還沒有申請的理賠金，就會變成媽媽的遺產，由媽媽的繼承人去申請領回。

不論如何都不會變成由姐夫獨得啦。
