烏龍公文是部長指示？衛福部否認

衛生福利部上周發出烏龍公文，立委爆料這項公文是部長邱文達指示，並有油廠施壓，並有一位「高主任」獻策撤銷原公文，將事件定調為誤繕。衛生福利部次長許銘能今早全盤否認。

許銘能今早在立法院表示，「部內沒有高主任，絕對沒有接到廠商施壓電話。」他說，邱文達部長是指示，10月31日要完成油品脂肪酸檢驗，並向民眾公布結果。
