休士頓火箭6日客場挑戰波特蘭拓荒者，「哈佛小子」林書豪與「魔獸」Dwight Howard成功連線，上半場結束以55：50領先。

第2節，火箭再度擺出林書豪、Patrick Beverley「雙衛」陣形，但守不住拓荒者上季「新人王」Damian Lillard，讓他連得5分。

6分53秒，林書豪撿到長籃板後「一條龍」衝向前場，突襲上籃成功。

前役眼睜睜看洛杉磯快艇主控Chris Paul大耍「空拋灌籃」美技的林書豪今天不甘示弱，3分35秒也從三分線外吊給「魔獸」Howard，完成漂亮的第一時間雙手灌籃。

1分58秒，林書豪再度撿到長籃板，推進後地板傳球給「大鬍子」James Harden上籃，讓這位超級隊友完成「三分打」，自己也賺進助攻。
