多倫多電影展揭幕 維基解密傳記電影首映

第38屆多倫多國際電影展(Toronto International Film Festival)5日正式揭幕，開幕影片是以爆料網站「維基解密」(WikiLeaks)為內容的傳記電影「第五階層」(The Fifth Estate)。

而原定在「第五階層」5日晚間全球首映前舉行的媒體試映會，則在最後一分鐘意外取消，當局並未作出任何解釋。

在放映之前，大會禁止媒體接觸「第五階層」的導演比爾坎登(Bill Condon)，並表示不會說明為何取消試映。

多倫多的「Now」娛樂報指出，在這部電影公開放映之前，沒有給影評人一個機會評論。媒體竟然無法在大眾自行作出結論之前，先行對這部描述維基解密創辦人亞桑傑(Julian Assange)的電影進行解密，這真是諷刺的事。

「第五階層」是根據亞桑傑曾經最信任的夥伴、同時也是維基解密前發言人─德國籍的多姆沙伊特伯格(Daniel Domscheit-Berg)所著的「維基解密：我和亞桑傑在全球最危險網站共事的時光」(暫譯，WikiLeaks：My Time with Julian Assange at the World's Most Dangerous Website)、以及由李伊(David Leigh)和哈汀(Luke Harding)合著的「維基解密：亞桑傑的祕密戰爭內幕」(暫譯，WikiLeaks：Inside Julian Assange's War on Secrecy)所改編

「第五階層」由影星班奈狄克．康柏拜區(Benedict Cumberbatch)扮演亞桑傑，丹尼爾．布爾(Daniel Bruhl)飾演多姆沙伊特伯格。
