關說案延燒，外界質疑特偵組為何不傳喚柯建銘、王金平等人，特偵組澄清，這件案子調查後，認為屬行政責任的範疇，且事證明確，所以沒有傳喚柯等人到庭說明。

特偵組還在新聞稿中強調，既然事證明確，未傳訊相關人，也證明特偵組檢察官謹守分際，絕無濫權。
