狗肝指數不正常請獸醫師回答

我的狗去驗ALT/SGPT 正常指數應該是40但是我的狗153, 另外ALT/SGOT 正常指數應該是40但是我的狗88, ALKP(膽) 正常指數應該是180但是我的狗267, 想請問是否有肝癌,另外他的皮膚有一塊黑圓點的部分毛也掉了,另外有陸續出現2-3塊準備要掉毛有皮屑的症狀,請問這是肝的問題導致反映到皮膚上還是單純皮膚病而已,請有經驗的獸醫師可以幫忙判斷回答,我的狗吉娃娃母今年才1.5歲,之前得過犬小病但是先讓她留在狗店不換環境結果最後自己好了,請問是因為從小經過這樣的病所以導致肝指數這麼差嗎?還是甚麼先天不良的問題?還是單純感染皮膚病?請好心醫生幫忙判斷謝謝
