執行同行認有必要時，得檢查應同行人之身體。
檢查婦女之身體，應命婦女行之。但不能由婦女行之者，不在此限。

請問大大，此細則實在太文周周了，抱歉國文太差，誰能幫我找出此細則的解釋，白話一點的!!!
