李登輝批邱文達　「怎會讓這款人做部長？」

【黃揚明／宜蘭報導】對近日的黑心油事件，前總統李登輝今與媒體座談時批評，負責食品衛生的部長（指衛生福利部長邱文達），看他講話就瞭解，「怎麼會叫那款的人做部長？」李說，假油事件對人民有害，「講一句話就是無能」，應該建立法規，依照制度做事，不要因人設事。

李登輝說，權力是人墮落的第一步，很多人私心太強，現在很多官員都是因為關係好才做官，所以隨便找一個人都可以當部長，今年發生的很多食品安全事情，最重要就是要制度化，並以民意為主，才能一步步改革。
