洪案被告不出庭 軍方強調已准假

媒體報導，桃園地院日前開庭審理洪仲丘案，但是被告269旅憲兵官郭毓龍卻因部隊沒有准假而沒有到庭，遭法官痛批「態度散漫」還準備傳喚不准假的旅參謀主任到案說明。對此，陸軍司令部發布新聞稿表示，郭毓龍應該在24日下午2點20分出庭應訊，部隊也已經在1點20分批准公假，讓他離營；至於最後為何沒有到庭？軍方新聞稿指出，郭毓龍向單位表示已經委請律師向法庭請假。

軍方官員表示，洪案引發社會關注，軍方「不可能開這種玩笑」，也已經批准郭毓龍的公假，不過據了解是郭毓龍的律師建議他不要到庭，因此郭員才會委請律師向法院請假。官員強調，媒體的報導和事實有落差，軍方已經准假，至於當事人、律師和法院間的問題，應該詢問辯護律師。
