中華電信訊號不好,該如何申訴加裝強波器??

新租屋處,在一樓的最裡面,訊號就很差
漏接一堆電話~
反而台灣大哥大跟遠傳都正常

但是我主要的電話是中華的..很無助

我大姐在鄉下地方,威寶電信沒訊號
我姐夫照三餐打客服,搞到後來威寶在他家窗戶裝了一台小小的強波器
之後訊號就滿格了

請問中華電信也有這種嗎??
該如何申訴,加裝強波器
