闖宅傷人強盜 宜警逮三人聲押

宜蘭縣冬山鄉柯林路附近日前發生歹徒持槍侵入民宅強盜，並開槍射擊傷人案件，宜蘭檢警宣佈偵破，起出大批槍械，三名涉案被告檢方聲請法院羈押獲准。

宜蘭地檢署指出，陳怡龍檢察官在10月29日獲報後，指揮宜蘭警方組成專案小組共同偵辦，11月12日、16日分別前往宜蘭縣三星鄉、五結鄉、新北市五股區等處執行搜索、拘提，查獲涉案的廖姓、陳姓、張姓及游姓男子四人，並起出改造槍枝4支、霰彈槍1把、子彈45發、霰彈12發。檢察官訊問後，其中三人向法院聲請羈押獲准，另一人則因另案由警方羈押在所。
