這個問題其實很難講喔

就像我家門沒有鎖..門開著...您就可以進來使用電視或是睡覺嗎??

相對的..他沒設密碼..並不代表您可以無限制使用

等到對方察覺網路速度變慢...再請人反查使用者位置或是使用電腦mac碼

真的要提告也不是不可能的

另外也不要覺得沒密碼的wifi會很安全喔

有心人士也可以利用這個方式(免密碼給你用到爽的wifi)

然後取得你送出的所有資料甚至於反到您手機內搜尋隱私資料等等

不過犯法的部分不是您說的就算...也不是我說的就算

一切都是依照法官宣判為主

網路上不是一堆謾罵文的回文者被抓上法院判刑嗎?

用這種資源還是請三思.
