立法院紀律委員會決議柯建銘關說案不成立，國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池說，國民黨將提出重付審查。

國民黨立委呂學樟在國民黨幹部會議表態支持紀委會決議。據轉述，呂學樟說，因為黃世銘雖有提供資料，但是不完備，都是之前記者會上提供的資料，黃世銘指控民進黨團總召柯建銘與立法院長王金平涉及關說，當然應該要提供完整資料，包含監聽全文。
