李敖控誹謗 許倬雲判賠2百萬

（中央社記者黃意涵台北2日電）作家李敖不滿中央研究院士許倬雲在口述書籍中指他說謊、偷書、偷字畫，提告求償。台北地方法院判決許賠償新台幣200萬元。

許倬雲被控於民國99年1月間，在大陸地區，以口述方式，由大陸地區記者撰寫出版「許倬雲談話錄」書籍，書中指「李敖聰明有餘，沒有章法。我和李敖之間很不愉快，因為他說謊、偷書」、「等到李敖要畢業的時候，我不蓋圖章，所以他沒畢業」、「蕭孟能捧李敖出來，當他是朋友，他把朋友家裡的字畫偷掉」等語。

許倬雲主張，在書籍第一版出版後，發現有非約定出版內容未刪除，即要求出版社刪掉批評李敖的內容，他也積極要求出版社回收書籍，避免內容繼續散布，並無誹謗之意。

台北地院審理認為，書籍在第一版出版後，使李敖在社會上評價受貶損的文字已開始散布，許倬雲過目書籍初版後為其寫序，顯見書籍內容均經他事前口述並事後審核同意，判決他賠償李敖200萬元並登報道歉，全案可上訴。1021202
