恐嚇攤商收萬元保護費 警逮通化街惡霸

台北市一名通化街幫的陳姓角頭，長期在夜市向攤商收取一到二萬元不等的保護費，遇到不從就採取暴力手段，甚至還強佔附近的法拍停車位，向被害人勒索。大安分局警方蒐證，今天將主嫌陳姓父子檔等十多人拘提到案。（杜大澂報導）

這個幫派以陳姓角頭為首，他除了是坡心市場管委會主委之外，因為覬覦通化街夜市生意好，強行向攤商收取保護費，如果有攤商不配合，主嫌就會教唆手下砸毀攤位，逼被害人就範。警方還發現，嫌犯也強占法拍停車位，除了租出去牟利之外，或逼迫買主再交四、五十萬元才得以用。

大安分局副分局長賴正寬說明案情。

為了讓攤商安心做生意，警方蒐證之後，兵十十多路搜索，將主嫌陳姓父子檔等人拘提到案，雖然嫌犯否認不法，全案仍依組織犯罪、恐嚇等罪嫌移送法辦。
