【李光濱／花蓮報導】花蓮火車站前最近出現工讀生舉牌「免費租機車」噱頭，不過多數遊客都認為是詐騙，乏人問津。今天記者找到想出該噱頭的機車行老闆黃啟明，他說12月份的非假日是花蓮觀光淡季，車行很多機車放在店內沒人租，加上同行競爭激烈，才想出免費租機車方法「促進觀光！」
