清境民宿多違法 立委批：南投縣府包庇

內政部公布清境地區災害潛勢示意圖，引發業者反彈。清境農場所在南投縣仁愛鄉立委孔文吉，上午在國是論壇力挺內政部，痛批南投縣府數十年來包庇縱容，讓外地有錢人以申請農舍名意，搶建濫建。134家業者僅4家合法，政府必須保障合法業者，對非法業者進行輔導甚至拆除，不容有模糊空間。

另一原民立委簡東明則提醒，相關權責單位行動之前，應該更慎重理性，而不是單純用嚴法解決，否則，快刀斬亂麻的後果與傷害，也許會更加嚴重。
