標題[建議] 面試補習班後面試官安排試做一日

是這樣的 最近轉換跑道 想換到社區型補習班當班導工作 (國中) 今日面試後主任希望我可以找一天來試作 走完一天的工作流程再決定要不要錄用我 因為主任說 "不是不歡迎沒帶班經驗的人,而是家長的要求!他們聽到導師沒經驗或有反彈 讓你試一天吧!我們國中部老師都是經驗很多年的,你就跟他們一天試試看!" 讓我先作一天 觀察後再決定 想請板上有經驗的板友可以給我一點建議或要注意的地方 因為真的滿想得到這份工作 謝謝各位 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.45.236.118
