股票房地產上漲 美國家庭資產創新高

拜股票、不動產上漲之賜，美國家庭總資產創了新高。

今天公佈的統計顯示，七月到九月，美國家庭總資產成長了百分之2.6，達到77兆三千億美元，這項數字在2008年金融海嘯期間觸底，今年初，美國人總算把經濟衰退期間損失的資產，又全部賺了回來。

個人資產是經濟的根本，美國經濟正在緩慢的復甦，在個人資產增加的狀況下，民眾會比較敢於消費，這有助於經濟成長。

新公佈的美國家庭資產總值，只計算到九月底，鑑於今年最後一季美國股票還在上漲，美國的家庭總資產，想必也在繼續擴增當中。調查發現，美國人現在貸款的意願更高了，這顯示他們對工作以及經濟的安全感更強了。
