luxgen交車後就是服務的結束

小弟剛買一台u7 turbo四驅板，剛交車不久就發現定位不正，車輛直行，方向盤卻是歪的，
進廠檢查後，在等待的四個小時，在廠內都被當空氣，不像剛要買車前，有人會問是否要咖啡或飲料，
連朋友騎機車來找我，在廠內看車，比較u7跟u6的差異，也無業代來詢問是否有需要介紹，都在跟同事聊天，
或看東看西的，我朋友當場也冷了，後來受不了，我朋友就騎機車到到外面幫我買咖啡回來，
也說了一句，國產車的水準，服務就不要要求了。要服務還是買進口車吧。
Ps,小弟業務不在廠，進廠前有電話聯絡過，
至於那間廠，小弟也不說了，因為這是原廠管理問題，要推到業代或其他人上面也說不過去。
小弟朋友是開賓士，小弟前二台小車是BMW,進廠都有專門供應咖啡的小姐服務，
而不是業代，luxgen的服務全由業代自己處理，人力全用在賣車，那有空服務交車後的車主。
