【孫英哲／彰化報導】彰化縣一名54歲的蘇姓男子，見同樓層租屋的一名女大學生女子面容姣好、身材凹凸有致，竟色慾薰心，在去年跨年夜當晚，到超商購買咖啡後，將安眠藥摻入咖啡，再藉機敲該名女大學生的房門，並送上摻料的咖啡給對方喝。
 
蘇男見女大學生喝完咖啡出現頭暈狀況，還假好心扶女大學生上床休息，並見女大學生逐漸昏迷、無力反抗之際，脫光被害女大學生衣物，強行啃、咬、親、摸女大學生的胸部、下體，造成被害女大學生胸部下體瘀青。
 
彰化地院今天審結全案，法官認為被告蘇男心懷不軌，染指年齡足以當其女兒的女大學生，造成被害女大學生身心受創，依強制猥褻罪審結全案，並判決蘇男３年１０月有期徒刑。
