全球2.3億童　無法上學

【國際中心╱綜合報導】聯合國兒童基金會昨公布調查報告，全球有2.3億未滿5歲的兒童沒有出生登記，等於有多達1/3兒童無法接受教育、享有健康照護與社會安全福利。

去年全球新生兒僅6成有出生登記，而登記率最低的國家分別是索馬利亞3%、賴比瑞亞4%、衣索匹亞7%。
