1.犯罪嫌疑人小明因涉及妨害自由案件，經地檢署偵查終結後諭令予以羈押小名？2.該項羈押有沒有侵害小明的人身自由？
3.小明該如何行使其憲法上的權力？
4.檢察官在起訴被告時，應不應該留意對被告有利的證據？
5.在「檢察一體」的原則下，上級檢察首長可不可任意地行使其指揮監督的權力？
6.在檢察官知有犯罪嫌疑者時，檢察首長可不可以命令檢察官不得實施偵查行為？
