590   ==>    920

先計算它的差    920 - 590 = 330

再以起始點(590)當作分母   330 / 590 = 0.5593 (這是小數點)

換成百分比要再乘以 100 即    55.93%

或者可以一氣呵成  [( 920 - 590 ) / 590 ] X 100 % = 55.93 %  

因為她是算提升率,所以用 590 當分母

若是算   920  ==>  590  則分子是  -330  分母變成  920 

則變為   -35.87%   其中負號代表下降
