雖受海燕侵襲 菲律賓成長7%

　　菲律賓政府今天(17日)表示，即使遭受強烈颱風海燕(Haiyan)和強震侵襲，預測今年經濟應可成長7.0%，明年成長率在6.5%至7.5%之間。

　　菲律賓經濟計畫部長巴里薩坎(Arsenio Balisacan)說，雖然11月海燕來襲造成農業損失，預料短期內將影響經濟成長，但之後重建工作大概能彌補下降的成長。

　　他說，2013年國內生產毛額(GDP)成長應該會達到政府6.0%至7.0%目標的「上限」，這項目標是在10月規模7.1強震和11月海燕颱風侵襲前所定的。

　　巴里薩坎在聲明中說：「如果沒遇到這幾場危機，我國今年經濟可望成長7.3%至7.5%。」
