中國出現全球首例H10N8感染者　已死亡

【沈能元／台北報導】中國出現全球首例感染H10N8禽流感並死亡者，衛生福利部疾病管制署昨晚8時40分，接獲中國大陸疾病預防控制中心通知，江西省一名75歲女子，感染H10N8禽流感致死病例，她有活禽市場接觸史，臨床診斷為重症肺炎；11月27日發病，11月30日住院治療，12月6日死亡。

疾管署表示，患者有高血壓、糖尿病和重症肌無力等病史，且曾進行胸腺摘除術，免疫功能低下。家庭成員與接觸者均未出現症狀，當地亦未發現其他類似病例。目前江西省的禽流感旅遊疫情建議等級為第二級警示（Alert）。疾病管制署將密切關注並持續加強病例及病毒監測，並掌握疫情訊息。
