募兵加薪　嚴明：每月增55億元

【王烱華／台北報導】國防部長嚴明上午表示，為推動募兵制，國防部希望調整國軍志願役士兵加薪與外島地域加給的提升，粗估每月需要增加55億元，這項薪資調整案行政院將在近日公布。

立法院外交及國防委員會上午邀請嚴明報告國防部「推動募兵制現況檢討與策進」，藍委林郁方質詢時指出，國軍飛彈指揮部2013年至第8梯志願役士兵招募情形，今年總招募目標為510人，１至８梯有152名社會青年報名，竟然全數錄取，實際入營報到數為89人，獲得率僅17.5%；林並指出，這些士兵是大專畢業者僅8%，高中則為81%，國中為1%。嚴明則強調，國防部會加強募兵宣導。

嚴明說，目前國防部每年預算約1535億元，募兵薪資調整每月將增55億元，因此，初估每年將增加500億元。
