美政府浪費稅金　歐巴馬健保、鴨陽具研究入列

【林奐成／綜合外電報導】美國奧克拉荷馬州參議員柯本（Tom Coburn），周二公佈他整理的「2013年度浪費書」，詳列美國政府今年100項浪擲千金的支出，總共花費近300億美元（約8900億台幣）人民納稅錢。

據KRMG網站等媒體報導，美政府浪費公帑行為包括：規劃一個「沒什麼人想要的健保方案」與不能用的網站（約112億台幣）；出資協助一項研究，結論是「女性與丈夫吵架時，應要趕快冷靜下來，婚姻會更美滿」（約965萬台幣）。

美國航太總署（NASA）花費約8900萬台幣，研究美國國會如何運作；有部門花約445萬台幣辦「活屍遊戲」以教導小孩子數學。此外，美國政府出資約1126萬台幣，讓耶魯大學研究鴨子陽具的奇特之處。
