【短片】永慶報告：逾4成看漲未來1年房價

【張菱育／台北報導】2014年第1季永慶房產趨勢前瞻報告，調查時間為今年11/18~12/2，有效問卷共665份，調查顯示，有4成4民眾看漲未來1年房價，較之前減少12%，對明年第1季房價看法相對保守，但以持平小漲居多。

據民調顯示，民眾對近3個月房價看法略微保守，以持平小漲居多，有40%民眾看漲、相較第4季有42%民眾看漲，比重微幅修正。永慶房產集團研究發展中心經理黃舒衛表示，主因下半年國內經濟表現不佳、政府查稅轉趨積極，房價相對高檔，民眾對短期房價看法稍呈保守。
