中年台客馬國瘋置產　出租報酬率4%起

【張菱育／台北報導】台灣民眾購屋壓力持續攀升，在投資報酬率愈來愈低的情況下，台灣投資人紛紛轉赴海外購屋，據台灣房屋國際資產中心「海外投資趨勢調查」統計，到馬來西亞置產的民眾以41~50歲居多，佔37%，最能接受的房價為1000~1500萬元，佔39%。

台灣房屋國際資產中心總經理秦啟松表示，總價1000~1500萬元多為2房或2+1房的房型，最容易出租，每月租金5~6萬元，租金報酬率4~6%。相較之下，以同樣的價格在台北市購屋出租，約僅能買到30年以上的中古屋，或1房1廳的新成屋，每月租金2~3萬元，報酬率相對較低。
