某技術學院已婚曾姓女老師，1年多前與沈姓男學生相約回家「嘿咻」，遭丈夫捉姦在床，家事鬧上警局，2人否認發生關係，辯稱是去「吃粽子」。法官根據錄影帶的內容，認定兩人有曖昧，依通姦、相姦罪分別判曾女5月、沈男3月徒刑，若易科罰金，「吃粽子」的代價各是15萬及9萬元。
