日月光K7廠晶圓製程21日遭高雄市環保局勒令停工，日月光資深副總周光春下午將復工申請書送抵高雄市環保局，由收發室人員收下。

環保局表示，將召集專家學者擇日開會審查，不過環保局目前並未透露復工計畫相關內容。此外，日月光稍早也曾向市府提出「要求停止執行停工」的訴願程序，市府也尚未作出回應。
