Lightroom 檔案全失

記得兩天前還有開過一次Lightroom 並放在裡面編修的兩百多張照片安然無恙

但就在剛剛開啟時: 甚麼情形..... 我的那些修完都還沒儲存的照片通通都消失了
剩下的只剩下六張一年前放進去的照片....

當下想起每次關閉時都有備份並去開backup檔案

但是開了之後還是只有那六張檔案這一年下來的兩百多張修過的檔案都飛了...
請問有任何方法找回來嗎?
